Deacons Out & About (Head Over Heels)

The Diaconate’s first Out & About for 2025 will be visiting OCU for the musical comedy Head Over Heels on Sunday, February 16, at 2:00 p.m. Tickets will be covered by the Diaconate. The 135-minute musical will be presented at the Burg Theater in the Kirkpatrick Fine Arts Center (2501 N. Blackwelder).

This bold musical comedy is set to the music of the iconic 1980s female rock band The Go-Go’s, known for hits such as “We’ve Got the Beat.” The plot follows a royal family on a quest to save their kingdom from extinction—only to discover that the key to their realm’s survival lies within.
